1.3 Course Access: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the course materials. Access is granted solely to you and cannot be shared with others, any illegal sharing of any course you will have to pay a fee equals to 10000 Jordanian Dinar.

2. Payment and Refunds

2.1 Payment: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website.

2.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are available if requested within 3 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Refund requests are for only lifetime courses.

3. Course Content and Usage

3.1 Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, and other content, are the intellectual property of LearnMed. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

3.2 License: Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the course materials for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

4. Privacy

6.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us . Upon termination, you will lose access to the course materials.

6.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the courses if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

7. Dispute resolution

By using this website, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to the use of this website, its services, or these terms and conditions must first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith negotiation. You are prohibited from filing a lawsuit or initiating any legal action against the website owner without first attempting to resolve the issue amicably.
